alright homo's here it is yet another text on how to fraud 
the govorment (spineless basterds)

Question: Hey 0ptik I have a letter I want to mail, but my sorry ass wont go
out and buy a stamp (cause Im so fucking usless and cheap) What do I do?

Answer: Well first of all.  You remind yourself how fucking usless you are and
how superior I am to you and then you fucking read the the below instructions.

Instructions

Take the letter you are mailing and alterate the return address
with the senders address so that when you drop that sucker in the mail
it will get sent back to the address of the person you want to send
the mail to in the first place.
