 What is Anac:
 An anac number is a code or phone number that you dial from a payfone 
  or at a telco can or a tni when you don't know the number or when 
   you wanna have some fun and prank the payfones and stuff. Anyway
    on the the number there's ANI witch is simply AUTOMATIC NUMBER 
     IDENTIFICATION and will tell you the fone number.
