    * Added -U[<:number>] switch : If a VOICE response is detected with no
      RING up to <number> (standard is 5) seconds elapsed time, then it will
      be identified as UNUSED.

      If you ever see a file called THC!*.ZIP on a BBS, please tell the Sysop
      to delete it: those are only outdated betatest files, and NOT for public
      release! This special file was just a test for one special function
      to be implemented into THC-SCAN, so it's not worth downloading it.

      Format : One number per line, no other chars on the line but the number!
      Read documentation for details, as how to use this and what to keep in mind!

      all the necessary options to get the correct format. (For textfile dial)

    * You can now enter lowercase characters in the NUDGE string in TS-CFG
    * Added in TS-CFG the following option : Modem_Hangup FAST/SECURE:
      Choose FAST and try this with a) normal scanning, b) carrier hang-up
      c) choose manual/autonom mode and scan. If everything works fine, use
      this mode, it's much faster. It works great with Zyxels, but USRs are
      much slower. Try it!
    * Added the keys [TAB] and "N" to the online keys. With those you get
      to the next number WITHOUT saving a primary ID (quite interesting).
      This is the only possibility to save a secondary assigned custom ID and NOT to
      change the current ID setting of the number. (Wilkins gave me this Idea)
    * Added one more help screen (7 now) ...
    # Have you seen the wonderful feature to EXECUTE a program when special
      Modem Responses/IDs have been set? I THOUGHT, I'd implemented it - but
      didn't ... hehehe .. sorry guys :-)) ... But here's to cheer you up, since
      you were spending HOURS figuring out, why it didn't work : Now you can assign
      also TIMEOUT and RINGOUT to execute a program. ;-) And it works now!
    ? Please check the execute functions out several times before using them
      regulary. If you encounter problems : Free more memory ! Load himem.sys!

    * TS-CFG is now final - with help/checks etc. ready and tested!
    * CARRIER HACK is now supported : Nudge_String, Nudge_Delay, Self_Mode etc.
    * Now one can choose to specify both Start_Time (/S) and End_Time (/E),  
      only one of them or none.
    * ALT-O pressed online now loads TS-CFG, changes your config, saves and
      uses the new data.
    * When executing a file from CFG, ^D will be substituted with the dialed
      number.
    * After using the option M for Redial_Manual, the mode was not reset. 
    # Manual mode could only be run, when specified in Command_Line.
    # Auto_Saving_Dat file could produce an error where "To Do" would show 65535

       X eXtent time-out for this call only for 5 seconds, R Re-dial number
    * everything will be logged. 18 log files will be created!
